lola is a human rights defender, lawyer, feminist artivist, and fundraising expert with over a decade of experience advocating for human rights, particularly in the areas of gender and sexual and reproductive rights. 

lola served as co-executive director of catholics for the right to decide mexico and regional coordinator for the network of catholics for the right to decide. she also worked as fundraising strategist and partnership lead at vitala global, an organization dedicated to providing digital solutions for ensuring access to sexual and reproductive rights for women in latin america and for latina migrant women in the united states.
